The words strewn through the painting are inspired by Thrice's song of the same title.
Words in the Water Sinking into a good book like a stone in the ocean. The words swirl round you and suck you into a new world that is turbulent yet peaceful	Tiger The lines in sepia colors are on purpose. They're representative of the play of light through the jungle leaves. Chalk and colored pencil on Strathmore Drawing paper 18x24.	Galaxy 11x14 watercolor and pastel chalk on watercolor paper, with silver metallic pencil for details. This one was inspired by a photograph by astronaut Reid Weiss from the International Space Station.
